Flighter is built around a simple idea: passenger data is duty-of-care material, not marketing material. We collect the minimum, keep it in Europe, and log what we do with it.
Who we are
Flighter is a product of Indelible Prophecy LDA, Porto, Portugal. For any privacy matter, write to privacy@flighter.ai.
What we collect on this website
- No cookies, no advertising trackers. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that counts page views in aggregate, without storing personal identifiers and without following you across sites.
- What you send us. If you use a contact form or email us, we receive what you wrote (name, work email, company) and use it only to reply.
What we process when we serve an airline
- Passenger manifests shared by the airline for a specific disruption, processed as instructed by the airline (the controller) to fulfil its duty-of-care obligations.
- Data is minimised and scoped to the disruption: identity, contact, party composition and special-assistance flags needed to accommodate and notify passengers.
- Every access and action is written to an immutable audit log.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion and portability of your personal data, and you can complain to your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD). Write to privacy@flighter.ai and we reply within one business day.
Retention
Contact enquiries are kept while the conversation is live. Disruption records are kept for the period the airline instructs, aligned with EU261 claim windows, then deleted.
